Include as much information as possible when reporting a bug, including:
- Provide API login name. Do not include password.
- Include the exact request URL, including input parameters and values.
- Include examples of API responses and any error messages.
- Include the time and date of the API requests.
- Include the value for the request identifier (ruid) returned with the response, if available.
